The nonprofit community health center teamed up with Integral Care—which offers help for those with mental illnesses, substance abuse disorders and developmental disabilities—to create the new location.
With a focus on physical and mental primary care for adults, Lone Star Circle of Care Adult Medicine at St. John is helmed by Dr. Jared Kealy.
