Toll Brothers to open luxury home community in Kyle
Toll Brothers Inc., a luxury home builder founded in 1967 and operating in 24 states, announced on April 29 that its newest residential development—Clara Vista at Waterridge—is coming to Kyle. Sales for the single-family home community are expected to begin in fall 2025, according to a news release.
Clara Vista at Waterridge will be located at the intersection of 6 Creeks Boulevard and Bramble Boulevard. The development will feature two home collections, with designs ranging from 3,150 to over 5,600 square feet, the release states. Homes will be built on 80- and 100-foot-wide lots.

Unofficial polling data shows Archer, Bove, Woodcock win LTISD board election
Incumbent Erin Archer was re-elected to Place 3 on the Lake Travis ISD board of trustees in the May 3 election over challenger Jessica Howard, according to unofficial voting results from Travis County.
Jonathan Bove and Kris Woodcock were elected to places 4 and 5 by a narrow margin over challengers John Severance and Craig Cancienne, the data shows.

Crust Pizza Co. now open in Georgetown
Crust Pizza Co. is now open in Georgetown, franchise owner Armando Cordova said.
The pizza restaurant is located within the Cedar Breaks West development off Williams Drive. The restaurant chain offers Chicago-style pizza and cauliflower crusts, Cordova previously told Community Impact.

Two new retailers opened in San Marcos Premium Outlets, offering athletic apparel and luxury clothing.
- JD Sports: The store offers a wide selection of athletic footwear, apparel and accessories from brands like Nike, Adidas, Jordan and The North Face, as well as in-house labels such as Pink Soda Sport and Supply & Demand.
- Rodd & Gunn: The New Zealand menswear brand, has officially opened its first Texas outlet at San Marcos Premium Outlets.
