Cafe Azteca opened at the Hitch: A Mobile Eatery, 312 E. Hopkins St., in early May. The food truck serves coffee made with Mexican beans sourced from companies in San Antonio and Denver. Among the truck’s drink offerings are cafe olla, which is coffee boiled with cinnamon and refined sugar, and an iced latte made with horchata. The truck also served pastries such as empanadas and conchas. Texas State University graduate Jonathon Ybarra owns the business. 210-954-9960.
