Saltgrass Steak House in San Marcos reopened in its new location at 1141 I-35, San Marcos, on Aug. 28. The chain has over 84 restaurants across Texas, Alabama, Arkansas, Louisiana, Colorado, Mississippi, Missouri, Nevada, Oklahoma and Florida, according to the company.
