River Rose Boutique, 105 E. Hopkins St., San Marcos, opened Sept. 2 in the space formerly occupied by Hays Co. Outfitters. River Rose Boutique sells women’s clothing, jewelry and accessories as well as home goods. This is owner Chelsea Rogers second location. The first is located at 139 Castell Ave., New Braunfels.
