Cactus Coffee, 9595 RR 12, Ste. 4, Wimberley, held a grand opening June 1. The coffee shop is nearly a zero-waste store, owner Brooke Norsworthy said; since its opening day, it has generated about 10 pounds of landfill trash, she said. The shop serves coffee, prickly pear lemonade, organic teas, hot chocolate, chai and green tea. The shop also sells baked goods. 512-722-3251.
