Lindsey Belk took over ownership of Rhea's Ice Cream, 318 N. LBJ Drive, San Marcos, in June. Former owner and founder Rhea Ortamond transferred ownership to Belk after moving to Chicago. In addition to ice cream, the business serves baked goods from Root Cellar Bakery. 512-667-7598
