David Graffagnini and Denita Hays will open Perk Up, 407 S. Stagecoach Trail, San Marcos, by Nov. 11. The coffee house will serve a full coffee menu featuring espresso drinks and "elevated" coffee experiences, such as pour-overs. Graffagnini said the business will also feature a food menu focused on fresh ingredients. Menu items will include breakfast and lunch sandwiches, salads and other items.
