Mediterranean Cafe, 206 W. San Antonio St., San Marcos, is now Nostimo Mediterranean Cafe. Owner Elton Zeneli said the name was changed March 1. The restaurant, which opened in February, has also made a few additions to the made-from-scratch Mediterranean offerings on the menu, including Cypress Chicken and chicken cacciatore, Zeneli said.
