Crafthouse Urban Kitchen & Tap will open in March at 242 N. LBJ Drive, San Marcos. The restaurant will include a full kitchen and bar, owner Allen Shy said. The restaurant's menu will feature farm-to-table offerings, and brisket will be smoked in-house.
