The Austin-based bar, coffee shop and restaurant Buzz Mill will open a location at 194 S. Guadalupe St., San Marcos, by mid-March. Owner Jason Sabala said in addition to coffee the restaurant will feature a full food menu with a focus on brunch items, as well as a full bar.
