Brooklyn's Down South at 100 N. Main St., Buda, will officially offering catering services by the beginning of May. The catering menu will feature Italian, interior Mexican and Cajun fare, along with BBQ. Brooklyn's has already built up a clientele by word-of-mouth after holding events in the restaurant, owner Brooklyn Robertson said. Then customers began requesting that Brooklyn's come to events held in other venues.
