The Bloom Bar, 123 S. LBJ Drive, San Marcos, held a grand opening Aug. 25 and offers floral arrangements and workshops out of a space in downtown San Marcos. Owner Kayli Head specializes in Austin-area and Hill Country weddings, and she also offers florals for corporate events.
