Development company Sparrow Partners announced it will break ground in early October on an active adult community in the Plum Creek development, located one block west of I-35 in Kyle. A press release from Sparrow Partners states Sage Plum Creek will be a 185-unit community with resort-style amenities and a daily schedule of events including happy hours, group outings, wine tastings and fitness classes.
