Progress is moving forward for improvements to Miller Middle School as part of San Marcos CISD's 2017 campus improvement bond.
Bernie Sandoval, the district’s director of construction management, told the board during its Nov. 16 regular meeting that combined all of the projects earmarked through the $107 million bond are so far on pace for an estimated cumulative savings of $3.92 million.
Those projects include additions and renovations to San Marcos High School, districtwide technology and security upgrades, renovations to elementary school campuses, and additions and improvements to Miller Middle School.
The $19.6 million Miller Middle School improvements project, Sandoval said, has just completed the remodeling of three of the campus’ wings.
