Balcones Trails, a new affordable housing complex, opened in November at 451 Philomena Drive in Kyle.
The development will have one-, two-, three- and four-bedroom apartments available to rent with amenities such as a fitness center, outdoor pool and grills.
The details
As part of an affordable housing program, all units are reserved for households with a gross household income of 60% or less of the area median income, according to Leasing Team Member Teresa Villalobos.
