The Groove held a grand opening July 6 to celebrate the launch of its dinner and drink menus.
The San Marcos eatery, located at 2626 Hunter Road, Ste. 101, also expanded its hours from 8 a.m.-3 p.m. to 8 a.m.-8 p.m. daily Mondays through Saturdays and 9 a.m.-3 p.m. Sundays.
The Groove serves a variety of entrees, including a Surf & Turf Pasta and Hawaiian Beef Bowl along with an assortment of appetizers, soups, salads and sides. General Manager Emily Tomlin said they make everything from scratch.
“Everything we offer is [going to] be a more healthier option with really fresh ingredients,” Tomlin said.
