Landsea Homes, a publicly traded residential home builder, began building a new single-family housing development—Parkton Square—on March 7 at the intersection of Gregg Road and Veterans Drive in Kyle.
About the project
The development will consist of 210 single-family homes and condos, according to a news release.
Parkton Square single-family homes will have three-to-five bedrooms and the condo units will consist of three bedrooms and two-and-a-half bathrooms.
The development will also include smart home automation features including an Apple HomePod mini, doorbell camera pre-wire and smart home activation. Each home will be equipped with a REME HALO air purifier that “mitigates indoor contaminants,” according to a news release.

Vince Ruffino, Landsea Homes Texas Division President, noted that Kyle is one of the fastest growing cities in the country.
