The Colorado-based breakfast chain serves a range of breakfast items, such as pancakes, French toast, tacos, omelets and more. Snooze also offers a seasonal menu and full bar.
Stoic Nutrition
The supplement shop is owned by Jose Ortiz II with his wife, Lauren. Stoic Nutrition offers preworkout, multivitamins, water bottles, protein and more.

Bluefin Sushi & Ramen
The Austin-based sushi bar is opening its fourth location at 151 Evans Drive, Ste. 111, according to a social media post from the city of Kyle Economic Development Department. However there is no opening timeline. Bluefin Sushi & Ramen sells a wide variety of sushi rolls, ramen and more.
Nothing Bundt Cakes
The cake company will open at Kyle Crossing in late June or early July. The company will promote the new store by selling treats at Kyle’s Easter Egg-stravaganza on March 30. Nothing Bundt Cakes offers bundt cakes in a variety of flavors and sizes as well as a selection of retail items, including party supplies, decor and gifts.
Rudy’s Country Store & BBQ
The barbecue restaurant serves brisket, baby back ribs, pulled pork and more. Rudy’s also serves sandwiches and breakfast tacos with various sides and desserts.

Tropical Smoothie
The smoothie shop sells various fruit and vegetable smoothies and bowls. Tropical Smoothie also offers salads, wraps and more. According to the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation construction on the project is slated to be completed in May.
The McCoy Wellness and Rehabilitation Center
The McCoy Wellness and Rehabilitation Center at Ascension Seton Hays celebrated its five-year anniversary in February. The center provides cardiac and pulmonary rehab in addition to physical, speech and occupational therapy by Ascension Seton therapists.

Amici served a variety of Italian appetizers and pasta dishes, such as tortellini Bolognese, shrimp scampi and penne Amatriciana and more. The Italian food truck will be moving to a new brick-and-mortar space in South Austin.
