After beginning its production in May, Peter Remington is finding success with Caffe del Fuego, a coffee liqueur made with freshly roasted brewed coffee, he said.
His Buda distillery, Remington Family Distillers, has more than 100 accounts in Central Texas stores and bars.
“Everybody is just like, ‘Wow, this is really good,’ which is flattering, and it’s rewarding,” he said.
He said he expects to begin distribution in the San Antonio and Houston markets this year.
