Pollo Regio is "grilling up" to be one of Kyle's latest additions to its ever-growing restaurant scene.

According to a Facebook post from the city's Economic Development Department, the restaurant is slated to break ground in March. The 3,900-square-foot restaurant will be located at 21565 I-35 in Kyle.

Pollo Regio specializes in Mesquite-grilled chicken and serves a variety of entrees, including tacos, quesadillas, burritos, tortas and more.
