Pet Paradise, a Florida-based pet boarding service, now offers dog and cat boarding and grooming services in Kyle. This is the franchise's 10th location in the state of Texas. Pet Paradise also offers a day camp; along with pet ear cleanings; early check-ins; nail trims and doggie ice cream.

Resort Manager Joe Hathaway said his biggest focus was the pet and the pet's well-being.

"It's all about the pet and safety and socialization of animals," Hathaway said.
