Locally owned La Chula on the Square, a Mexican restaurant located in downtown San Marcos, began as a food truck endeavor. Owner Luis Gonzalez said he has always wanted to open a restaurant.
"I saw this as my first opportunity to open restaurant," Gonzalez said.
La Chula on the Square sells breakfast tacos, chips and salsa, quesadillas, tortas, gorditas, and more.
