A new Kyle business offers a unique sauna experience to all residents, whether they are looking for body recovery or a relaxing break from everyday life.

The Perspire Sauna Studio team offers customers private suites with red-light therapy, said Jackie Mendes-Schweitzer, co-owner of the Kyle location.
“It's a way that we can make a positive impact on mental and physical health in the community,” Mendes-Schweitzer said. “We're reaching the masses. We help people who are living life, busy, raising kids, [working] stressful careers and need that place where they can go to pause and to do something positive.”
