With a proclamation that the "Great BBQ Drought of 2018" is finally over, Hays Co. Bar-B-Que announced Wednesday it would be reopening its restaurant at 1612 S. I-35, San Marcos, on Saturday. The restaurant closed Feb. 12 so workers could demolish the current building, create a new parking lot and finish the new, larger building on the same lot.
