A groundbreaking ceremony was held May 16 for Sage Spring Senior Living, a new 74,000-square-foot senior living community. The new facility will be located behind Central Texas Medical Center at 800 Leah Ave. in San Marcos. Sage Spring Senior Living will have 66 one- and two-bedroom units and 24 memory care units with trained 24-hour staff. Construction is expected to be complete by spring 2020.
