European-inspired coffee truck—Café Cortado—opened its window at 221 North St., in San Marcos on May 31.
The coffee truck, owned by San Marcos local Krendi Harmon, sells European dark roast coffee, and specializes in Cortado Coffee—which is coffee made with espresso and steamed milk.
After living in Spain for several years and traveling throughout Europe, Harmon said she wanted to bring that "European coffee experience" to San Marcos.
"Cortado is my specialty, because that was my favorite drink when I lived in Europe," Harmon said.
