Bloodworth BBQ is setting up shop in downtown Kyle and will offer a variety of classic barbecue, including brisket, sausage, pork ribs, pulled pork, chicken quarters and dino ribs.
Bloodworth BBQ is locally owned by husband-and-wife duo Laticha and Thomas Bloodworth.
The barbecue joint will also sell a five-cheese smokey mac and cheese and Grandma's Potato Salad, which is a recipe from Thomas' grandmother.
"We're just a small, family-owned business trying to make it," Thomas said.
