Salad And Go, an Arizona-based restaurant, is making its way to San Marcos.
According to Brandi Hale, director of community relations, Salad And Go is a drive-thru concept that aims to offer fresh and affordable food.
Salad And Go offers a range of salads, wraps, breakfast bowls, burritos and soups.
"Every salad can be turned into a wrap," Hale said.
The corporation has 124 stores in Arizona, Oklahoma, Nevada and Texas, and according to Hale, the expansion into San Marcos was "natural."
"It's been a lot of fun to see the growth of this company, but it's more rewarding just to know that now, even more communities have access to this incredibly healthy food," Hale said.
