A new city mural is complete and now open for public viewing at the Conoco Fast Stop Store, located 1101 Hwy. 123, in San Marcos. According to an Aug. 27 city press release, the work's title is "Bienvenidos," and the artists were Jennifer Khoshbin, Nanako Kishi and Celia Mendoza. The city of San Marcos will hold a dedication ceremony for the mural on Aug. 31.
