Vero Sade to debut multifamily properties in Cibolo, North San Antonio

Multifamily developments in Cibolo and San Antonio are scheduled to debut in the spring, according to a Feb. 28 news release.

Houston-based Vero Sade has two projects in development in the San Antonio area, with one project located at 4710 N. Loop 1604 East, San Antonio, and the other at Cibolo Commons at FM 1103 in Cibolo.

According to the release, the San Antonio location will have 444 units while the Cibolo location will have 288 units. Both developments will include one-, two- and three-bedroom floor plans.

The developments will also include a club facility featuring entertainment space, a cafe, a resort-style pool with cabanas and an indoor/outdoor fitness facility.
