June home sales prices down slightly in the Northeast San Antonio Metrocom

Median home sales prices in the Northeast San Antonio Metrocom were down slightly when comparing June 2023 to June 2024, with the exception of ZIP code 78266, according to the latest data provided by the San Antonio Board of Realtors.

Median home sales prices in the two largest markets by volume of sales—ZIP codes 78108 and 78154, or Cibolo and Schertz, respectively—were down to $349,000 in Schertz and $365,000 in Cibolo.

The number of homes sold in June 2024 were down in most markets when compared to June 2023.
