Northeast San Antonio Metrocom real estate data shows mixed movement on median home prices when comparing year over year from April 2023 to April 2024.
The breakdown
The San Antonio Board of Realtors recently released data showing an 11.5% increase in median home prices in the 78266 ZIP code, or more generally the Garden Ridge area.
The number of homes sold year over year decreased in every ZIP code but 78148—Universal City—where homes sales were up slightly.
The amount of time homes spent on the market was around or near three months in 78108, 78154 and 78233.
One more thing
The vast majority of homes sold in April remained within the $200,000-$399,999 range in the Northeast Metrocom. There were 136 homes sold in that price range, 52 homes in the $400,000-$599,999 range and 11 homes in price ranges above that. There were nine homes sold below $199,999.
