4 San Antonio school districts announce Jan. 26 closure due to inclement weather

Schertz-Cibolo-Universal City ISD, North East ISD, Northside ISD and Judson ISD will be closed Jan. 26 due to inclement weather.

All regularly scheduled activities planned in SCUCISD for Jan. 26 will be canceled or rescheduled. The district will monitor weather conditions and road safety throughout the day, Jan. 26. SCUCISD families should also watch for follow-up communication from coaches or club sponsors regarding any rescheduled events, according to an announcement made by the district.

Judson ISD will also be closed Jan. 26 due to extreme cold and the potential for hazardous icy conditions, according to an announcement on the district's website.

Both NEISD and NISD anticipate returning to a regular schedule on Jan. 27, according to announcements on their websites.
