According to a May 11 news release Fields has dedicated over 21 years to public education, and during his time at Judson ISD has held the roles of principal of Karen Wagner High School, assistant superintendent of operations, and deputy superintendent of student support services and administration.
“I am so grateful for the opportunity to give back to the community that has shaped me as the leader I am today, and I am so appreciative that the board has entrusted me to lead the district that I love,” Fields said in the release. “We have so much to look forward to in our district. Our community is dedicated to the success of our schools. Our staff and this board are exceptional and focused on student growth and achievement. Together, there is nothing we cannot accomplish.”
