New food truck now serving Mexican street food in Universal City

A new option has been added to a local food truck park in Universal City.

What we know

Ándale Food & Snacks opened its window on Feb. 15 at 122 W. Lindbergh Blvd., according to a Facebook post from the city of Universal City.

It is located inside the Screamin’ Chameleon Food Truck Park & Bar, with other options like Spud Ranch on Wheels and Sauce's Southern Kitchen Cajun & Creole Cuisine.

Locally owned by Maria Topete, the truck specializes in authentic Mexican cuisine and desserts. Ándale Food & Snacks serves quesadillas, asada street tacos and hot dogs along with snacks like street corn.
