A food truck specializing in Cuban-inspired cuisine has arrived in Northeast San Antonio.

The food truck, named Ferritortas, opened its window Oct. 8 at 14040 Nacogdoches Road.

On the menu

Ferritortas offers a wide selection of internationally-inspired specialty tortas. Some options include the Cuban, which is packed with eggs, cheese, ham, turkey, chorizo and milanesa.

The Trailera consists of asada, bacon, onions and cheese, while the Holandesa has an egg, milanesa, ham and queso blanco, according to the menu. There’s also the Brazilian, the Hawaiian, the Acapulqueña, the Chilaquiles and more.
