The Hilton Garden Inn in Live Oak is getting an upgrade.

The hotel and conference center at 8101 Pat Booker Road in Live Oak is in the middle of an 8,000-square-foot renovation of the hotel’s ballroom area. The $366,000 renovation project will be completed in early December, according to a filing with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation.

The project is mainly geared toward cosmetic upgrades of the rentable ballroom near the conference center at the hotel, along with a few kitchen upgrades.

The Hilton Garden Inn Live Oak location offers a traditional hotel experience, as well as meeting rooms, a conference center, ballroom, a pool and more, according to the hotel’s website.
