A locally owned physical recovery franchise named bioworX changed ownership in Cibolo on Sept. 1.

The business—located at 857 Cibolo Valley Drive, Ste. 264—is now owned by Shawn and Mariah Castle.

Shawn Castle said he was inspired to take ownership of Cibolo's bioworX clinic because he recovered from a sports injury using bioworX services.

What they offer


The business targets recovery for athletes. Shawn said they offer cold plunges, red light saunas and a IVs. bioworX also offers compression therapy, Vitamin C injections and peptide treatments.
