The business is owned by Fred Hall and Oliver Mercardo. Bad & Boozie will sell daquiris, margaritas, cocktails, mixed drinks, micheladas and lemonades.
Hall said they wanted to open in Universal City because they were big supporters of military, first responders and teachers.
