Culebra Cafe, located at 1022 Pat Booker Road in Universal City, opened on Sept. 27. The eatery has a small dining area, drive through and online ordering available for customers, Owner Lupita Cantu told Community Impact.
On the menu
Culebra Cafe serves a variety of traditional dishes, from classic San Antonio breakfast tacos to tortas, tamales, carne guisada and more, Cantu said.
To serve the needs of the community, Cantu said she created a menu with both Tex-Mex and authentic Mexican options. For dessert, there is a selection of pan dulce, cookies and more.
Culebra Cafe also offers weekend specials for ordering barbacoa by the pound, Cantu said.
