Triten Real Estate Partners acquires industrial property in Selma

Triten Real Estate Partners—a Houston-based real estate investment, development and operating firm—acquired industrial property at 16915 Alamo Parkway, Selma, on April 7, according to a news release.

The 6,556-square-foot warehouse and office space includes five dock doors and three semidocks. Selma’s rapid growth as a logistics corridor in Northeast San Antonio, coupled with immediate access to I-35, makes it an ideal location for local, national and international trade operations, the news release states.
