Jordan Ford, located at 13010 I-35, purchased a piece of property off Toepperwein Road that will be used for a 50,000 square-foot commercial-focused facility, according to a Jan. 30 news release.
Featuring oversized service bays, at least five mobile service vans and extended hours, the new facility is planned to reduce vehicle downtime for commercial vehicles.
Founded in 1919, Jordan Ford takes pride in being the oldest Ford dealership in San Antonio, and having been in the Live Oak area for more than 35 years, according to the business' website.
Live Oak city staff and officials celebrated the groundbreaking of the new facility, which is expected to open in Fall.
