On Feb. 15, a new industrial park broke ground in Schertz.

The details

The Park 35 project, spearheaded by Investment and Development Ventures, LLC, will bring a six-building industrial park featuring 1.4 million square feet of warehouse space to the northern part of Schertz, according to the project website.

The first phase of the project is scheduled to be delivered in late 2024, consisting of four buildings that will total around 774,000 square feet, according to the project flyer.

According to Schertz Economic Development Corporation staff, Investment and Development Ventures, LLCsecured the 118-acre parcel in 2021, and the assessed value of the land is approximately $9.6 million.


Roger Hill and Kyle Mueller at commercial real estate company JLL lead the leasing team and will bring in businesses to the new industrial park. Additional project information can be found here.
