Median home sales prices fluctuated up and down in North San Antonio compared to November 2023, dropping below the half-million dollar mark in 78231, 78248 and 78260 while rising above it in 78258. That’s according to the latest data provided by the San Antonio Board of Realtors.

The gist

Homes stayed on the market for less than three months in all seven North San Antonio ZIP code areas in November 2024. That time on the market is up from less than two months, however, when compared to November 2023. Homes were only on the market for 20 days on average at the same time in 2023 in ZIP code 78231, or the Shavano Park area.

Homes in the 78260 ZIP code—part of the Stone Oak area closest to Camp Bullis—saw the largest volume of home sales with 43 homes sold.
