This nationwide company specializing in in-home nursing care and assisted living has expanded in San Antonio.

Executive Home Care launched in North San Antonio on Nov. 3, according to a news release from the business.

The local franchise is owned and operated by Crystal Thompson and her daughter, Celeste Thompson.

While they’re headquartered at 118 Broadway, Ste. 530, the care provider will be serving families throughout Northern San Antonio.


“Now I get to serve my community in a deeply personal way—helping families and individuals live safely and comfortably at home,” Crystal Thompson said in the release.

What’s special about it?

Not only will Executive Home Care staff provide in-home, non-medical assistance to seniors, but they will also accompany those with disabilities and veterans who have served in the military.
