A new food truck park has opened at the South Texas Medical Center, featuring a variety of flavor concepts.
The gist
The Biscuit Yard officially opened on Oct. 30 at 9630 Huebner Road, according to a news release.
It’s an extension of the local Alamo Biscuit Company chain, an all-day breakfast joint with locations scattered across the city.
“We wanted to create a space that celebrates San Antonio’s diverse food culture while giving our community another reason to come together,” Owner John Vale said in the news release.

According to the news release, the trucks will remain open from Tuesday to Sunday until midnight.
