Two restaurant chains and an independent all-you-can-eat-sushi spot have recently opened locations in north central San Antonio.

Sushi Haya, a sushi restaurant, held a soft opening March 9 at 226 W. Bitters Road, Ste. 120. The all-you-can-eat venture offers a range of seafood and steaks and a full bar with cocktails, wine, beer and premium sake, according to the restaurant. P. Terry’s Burger Stand opened a third San Antonio location in late March in the Ventura Plaza retail center, 530 N. Loop 1604 W. According to a news release, the Hollywood Park-area P. Terry’s offers breakfast, lunch, dinner and late-night items. Company officials said the Austin-based burger chain is developing a fourth San Antonio location to open this summer at Loop 1604 and Potranco Road. The first local P. IHOP opened a new 24-hour restaurant at 17242 Autry Pond Road, near the Bulverde Road/Loop 1604 intersection, with a full menu of food items. IHOP said the Autry Pond Road location only offers dine-in service. 210-507-2253. www.ihopsa.net
