The Hollywood Park Economic Development Corp. organized Hollywood Park Restaurant Week as way to help promote restaurants and bars based inside the town. Participants are encouraged to offer specials during that week.

“We’re going to focus on people who aren’t necessarily in Hollywood Park,” EDC board member Andrew Moon said at the Sept. 9 EDC meeting. “We’re going to look to bring in people from outside Hollywood Park into our restaurants and businesses.”

Hollywood Park’s EDC, working with local marketing firm Broadminded Media, provided the participants with stickers and other materials to publicize Restaurant Week.

The participants also received Restaurant Week-labeled pint glasses and bottle openers for customers to have as keepsakes.

Hollywood Park Restaurant Week is also offering an opportunity to enter a giveaway and win a dinner for two at each participating restaurant.
