Reservations are being accepted for Shavano Garage Condominiums, a 39-unit luxury development being developed for vehicle enthusiasts.
Under construction at 13951 Indian Woods near Shavano Park, the complex will contain 1,000- to 2,000-square-foot, climate-controlled units for sale and built to accommodate various motor sport vehicles.
Representatives for Shavano Garage Condominiums said the complex is dedicated to automotive enthusiasts and their collection, with space and amenities meant to serve the owners’ vehicular hobby and work activities.
Shavano Garage Condominiums will be an enclosed gated community featuring security, outdoor lighting and fencing, condo representatives said.
